Get Fit Before Summer Hits

April is coming to end and that means Summer is just around the corner. I don’t know about you, but I want to make sure all the hard work I did this Winter pays off when Memorial Day weekend rolls around and the pools open up.

With that said, I have compiled a list to help everyone, including myself, get fit before summer hits.

Fitness Goals

Each new year means new resolutions, and what more common resolutions are out there than “to get in shape” or “to lose weight”. One could say that a resolution is a goal, and for namesake we will, but what’s the secret to actually achieving it?

Why People Work Out and Why They Quit

People work out for different reasons, some last and even more don’t. Many start working out, then quit just weeks later. This brings up the question, “why do people work out and why do they quit?”
