I would like to thank you for your continued support of Fitness For Joes. You have helped me to establish a credible resource for all those inspiring people who wish to better their lives through fitness.
The Future of Fitness For Joes
Let me say that this is just the beginning. I’m very excited about the future of this website. Very soon, Fitness For Joes will undergo a slight change. The look and feel will remain the same, only the layout will differ. The change will allow for more content to be posted, including more pictures and in time, even video.
Also, look for exciting posts coming at least twice a week. Posts will revolve around weight-training exercises, nutrition tips, and as the weather gets warmer, some outside cardio exercises.
Reminder
The point of Fitness For Joes is to help the readers, you, find ways to improve their lives through fitness. There is no end-goal consisting of a monetary gain. My goal, and even where I get my pleasure, is to see and help my friends become more physically fit.
As I continue to pass my knowledge and experiences along, I encourage you to interact more with this website. Remember, Fitness For Joes is technically a blog, and therefore allows room for you to post comments. I hope you will comment on my posts, or even better write about experiences you’ve had during your fitness training. Ask questions, make criticisms, say what’d you like.

I’m glad to see that you’re still posting content on this site. The look and feel of the site is great. I just can’t wait to see/read more insight into the world of fitness and athletic training.
