		<description>Great advice, and this is one of those exercises that you can do at most, if not all, gyms. Good post. I hope to see more like this in the future. 

On a side note, would you mind changing your RSS feed post-length to full? I'm not sure if your other RSS subscribers mind, but I enjoy being able to read the whole article in my RSS feed instead of having to click through to the site to do so.  Email me if you need to know how to change it.</description>
